So in other words.. if I don't want to purchase something I have to pay a tax in order not to purchase that something?

What the heck kind of ruling is that?

I fail to see the difference, but then again, I’m not as smart as John Roberts < /S>.

Bravo for Justice Thomas and the conservative minds on the Supreme Court.
