At least when Obama speaks about sports teams, he knows a little bit about the subject.
In everything elese he speaks on he doesn’t have a clue.
I’m not so sure that Obama is knowledgeable when talking about sports.
He was talking to baseball announcers one day, and said the White Sox were his favorite team. But he couldn’t name a single favorite player, past or present.
And, he also at that time, said he went to games at old “Cominskey Park”, pronouncing it with an “N” in it. Every real baseball fan knows that the White Sox played at “Comiskey Park”, with no “N” in it.
In that case, he just showed his ignorance about baseball and the White Sox, rather than showing that he was a real fan of the team.
