My first thought was “Who has an economic plan? Romney or Obama?”
And, any plan that does not have the collapse of the Euro, and likely the collapse of the European union and much of Asia is pretty much an exercise in stupidity.
Basically, the only thing that even CAN work is the route Iceland has taken.
