Obama was not born in Hawaii, nor was he in Hawaii within the first 30 days of his birth. If he had been, he would have a LEGALLY-VALID Hawaii birth certificate. But Alvin Onaka just indirectly confirmed to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that the birth record Hawaii has for Obama is not legally valid.

Whatever BC Obama has been using his whole life - it was NOT from Hawaii. And Hawaii officials have known that all along.
I’d really like to believe all this but all I see is legal mumbo jumbo that makes no sense to me.
