As far as Hillary goes, they were running guns through the State Dept to Honduras with Operation Castaway.

I have little doubt those arms were sent to destabilize the Constitutional government there, and then expected to trickle up north...

I also have little doubt that she knew the data for the talking point were being generated over at the DOJ. Gun Control has always been high on her wish list.

It remains the stealth reason for Nationalized Health Insurance (It isn't Health Care!!!!), to price gun ownership right out of the park.
