Are we sure that dad who beat his daughter’s molester to death was engaged in self-defense?

Killing horses for insurance fraud is a big business in the U.S. I know about it because I read. I am sure that you have also read about buildings burning down for insurance. There is much more arson for insurance, than horse breeders killing their own horses.
Source for your misinformation, about the horse breeding industry.

The grand jury will be tasked with this. The little girls story is crucial. At 4, children typically speak truthful unless led otherwise.
I'm a lil biased......I hate child sex predators. They are the scum of the earth.

there needs to be a hard look at the facts of the case.
There has been. Go find the newspaper accounts from earlier in the week and stop giving any credence to these outfits that back the perps in any crime. There were witnesses, the child went to the hospital, and the beatdown wasn’t to the point of crushing a skull or anything

Here's a updated report. Her brother witnessed the attack and went to go get her father. I guess there wasn't any insurance fraud involved unless the father got the kids to lie too..... < / sarcasm >
Should the TX Father Who Killed his daughter's suspected molested face charges
Rick Folbaum recounted the details of the story saying that the alleged molester was reportedly an acquaintance of the father and was helping him take care of some horses on the property. The young girl and her brother were helping their father by feeding chickens when the apparent attack took place. The little brother ran to tell his father, who upon finding the man reportedly molesting the little girl, beat him to death.

So far we know almost no details of the event regarding the medical examiner’s report regarding the girl or the deceased. Until then all is speculation.

Well, a lot of these points are moot, because this happened in Texas. There, he’s got so many points on his side, I doubt they will charge him with anything.
First, they have very strong self-defense protections, and this was on his property, so he gets and additional legal advantage from that fact. Even if he went beyond the scope of self-defense, he can appeal to a crime of passion defense, which Texans tend to be sympathetic too. Top that off with the fact that he killed a child molester, and there’s no way in hell he could get convicted down there, at least outside of some liberal area like Austin.

The father should face one charge of littering. However, after the perp's body was carted away there is no longer any evidence of littering (the mess has been cleaned up) so the judge should dismiss the ticket.

Gee, I wonder who supplied these details. Duh...probably the father. It's certainly possible the horse trainer came across the two kids feeding chickens and decided to molest the little girl as the little boy ran off shouting, "I'm gonna go get my daddy." Not understanding English, the trainer probably thought the kid said, "I'm gonna go get a Coke. You guys want anything?" Or the father could have approached the trainer and said, "I'm almost broke and I need money, so I need your help to
electrocute one of my horses and claim the insurance money." The trainer could have responded, "No way, Mel Torme! I'm gonna tell the cops." The father then beat him to death to shut him up.

“James Harrington, director of the Texas Civil Rights Project, an Austin-based nonprofit group, questioned the fathers decision to summarily execute the alleged molester without due process.”
This one statement tells me that it was probably justified. The key words .... an Austin-based nonprofit group.

Texas Civil Rights Project sounds like a left wing “Criminal Rights” organization
Even a prosecutor as dumb and Thug Nazi as Angela Corey would not charge the father. Try getting re-elected as the “prosecutor who supports child molestation”

Are you a fiction writer? If not, you should be. You certainly can make up great stories......can you say delusional?
Do you know the Father who protected his daughter? What do you have against him that would prompt you to make up such crap?

I said to investigate and try to learn if there was a problem between the two men. But if the guy was fondling the daughter he should have been killed.

Yeah, but when you read that a freeper used 'homicide in the public interest' as a defence... remember that you coined it. ;)
