their attorney, Mark O’Mara, knew ALL about the account before the bond hearing. Why didn’t he counsel them on what to say and what not to say? I believe it’s more likely that they did NOT know what to say and did not have good counsel.

I say to hell with O’Mara. He’s a loser of an atty.

from what I have read, the “bond hearing” was supposed to be for some other purpose, and the defense attorney wasn’t informed that the bond motion would be heard. Preparing for the wrong battle is a sure fire recipe for failure, the same as not preparing for the battle at all.
