The Florida State Attorney's office has announced the wife of George Zimmerman - the defendant in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin - has been arrested on suspicion of perjury.
Her husband stands accused of second-degree murder after shooting the unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin dead, in what he says was self-defence, after claiming he had been attacked.
I know why, and so do you.
And this is exactly the reason why I suspected you of having a biased/hidden agenda in this matter.
It turns out, I was exactly correct.
trumped up? You have to be kidding. She perjured herself. You are condoning perjury? Amazing. She should have been arrested. She did this. There is no great conspiracy.
You betcha dmz. Perjury is perjury. Pure and simple.

The transcript is floating around here and the answer is yes, they absolutely knew. The DA has records of them moving tens of thousands around (in sums less than $10k per move) in the days immediately prior to her testimony that they were indigent.
And, they have recirds that the money was moved back after GZ was released.
These people are bums, not heroes.
You know they have George on record telling two lies. This does not bode well for him. If he wants to ask the judge to drop charges against him based on Stand Your Ground, it does not help his case that he has lied twice. The judge was furious with George’s wife for lying. To ask the judge to believe he was standing his ground, the judge has to take him at his word. What judge would do that after two lies on the record?
Instead of answers, you again evaded the questions in #120.

Hilarious. You don’t care for my answers as they don’t fit your binary view of the world, so you claim they went unanswered.
You do realize that folks reading this thread can read, right? For comprehension as well. That’s not good for you. You’ve seemingly been abandoned by your supporters on this thread, who by now have read the affidavit (something you just cannot bring yourself to do apparently - so who can’t handle the truth here?).
OK, you have read my posts and have now determined my bias and hidden agenda (guffaw - a hidden agenda on an anonymous internet forum) - tell us, what is my bias and hidden agenda exactly?
Enjoy the rest of your day. I’m pretty much done with you on this topic, as you cannot even be bothered to read the affidavit at the base of this entire conversation.
From the probable cause affidavit:
At this point we don't know if the scratch in question came from the Paypal account or from family or is simply the result of common frugality. As to Shellie Z's legal predicament, I don't know which would be worse.
Conceivably, those multiple 999* amounts could also have federal significance.
Can you identify those two lies???
Yes. And I am sorry. I should have done so when I posted that. First, when he said he was indigent. Then in his testimony when he apologized to Trayvon’s parents. He said he was sorry, he had no idea how young Trayvon was. He thought he was around the same age as he is. But on the 911 tape, he told the dispatcher he was young, probably around 17. Again, I am sorry I did not post this originally.
The truth died shortly after Martin in this case. By the time Zimmerman spoke to a judge, it was obvious that he was going to be lynched by the media and the black just-us system. He’s trying to save his life and depending on a fair trial, impartial judges, and honest cops is going to end with Zimmerman being beat to death in jail.
He said probably. You consider that a lie? Sounds like he was estimating and didn't know his exact age. How could he?
In fact, wasn't Martin wearing a hoodie?
What has all that to do with the actual incident?
He could not report those donations as ‘his’ because they would have demanded them for security, and he didn’t know if he could use them like that. He needed a good or better lawyer advising him at that time.
I guess you've forgotten what this case was originally about.
Heres a clue, sherlock - it wasn't about the Zimmerman's finances.
Yes or no?
Has Zim has been a target of corrupt politically motivated, biased, over zealous, grandstanding government prosecutors?
Yes or no?
The reason you won't answer the simple questions above is due the fact it totally impeaches the government's credibility down in Florida, and everything that follows, is part of this corrupt ugly political sham.
Im pretty much done with you on this topic
lol...
When ya get your teet caught in the ringer, it's best to back away.
You nailed it. Anyone who buys into the ‘perjury’ BS either is a) on board with the political aims of this persecution, b) have no problem with big government’s swatting a fly with a sledgehammer approach, or c) really enjoy getting wrapped around the axle for no particularly useful reason.
Bingo! We have a winner!
And this is exactly how it works when politically and racially motivated corrupt government are backed into a corner.
Of course, so did you.
This is all about diversion kicking up the dust of distraction.
No one is better at this than the corrupt running government.
You betcha dmz. Perjury is perjury. Pure and simple.

I see the ankle biters who refuse to read the affidavit (and who would likely not believe it anyway) have now affixed themselves to your leg.
Tag, you’re it.
I just finished reading the Washington Post update re: Shellie Zimmerman. Are you aware that they have Zimmerman on tape telling Shellie to pay off all their bills? Obviously, he didn’t have a problem using the money for his own financial gain. Do you think people donated to the account for him to pay off his personal debts?

so your contention is that the entire affidavit is a lie, that shellie did not make 8 withdrawals of under 10K in the 4 days leading up to the bond hearing? And transfer 47K to her sister from her own account? Or transfer 85K back into GZ’s account shortly after the bond hearing?
