There was ample wiggle in most of the questions. The prosecution did ask for an total approximation IIRC. Which she could have given, but did not. It’s just that a problem was created where it was completely unnecessary. O’Mara should have known better.

The more I hear from this attorney the less I like him. I am Irish and want him to be more Irish. What is more Irish? In case you don't know any Irish people. A true Irishman takes names and kicks ass. You would rather try to sand paper a wild cats butt than to cross him.
He should never have allowed Zimmerman on the stand with that apology.
He should have stepped in when there were questions about the fund and told the judge he would get a complete accounting. Thus ending any potential problems for the prosecution to exploit. . . Which they did. . . .
