Quote the transcript that tells him to STAY in the car or even RETURN to his vehicle (pick-up).

Cite law that says a dispatcher, not a police officer, has legal authority to tell you what to do.

I think it’s line 33 of the transcript where the dispatcher says they don’t need him to pursue.

Thought and logic would have kept him in the car.
