Mixed feelings on this one. During those 14 months there were probably a handful of other women who were spared from these guys.
You have a reason to believe these guys are actually rapists?
There is no real evidence against the two co-accused - apparently, they were not even present, much less holding anyone down. If the person accused had really raped her, one would expect to see better evidence. So, I do think this was an injustice.
Having Brian Banks locked up for five years was a good thing. Just in case, ya know.
