Lucky for the father he’s in TX, not in CA or MA.

One of my ex-patients who lived in Chicago shot a man who was raping her eleven year old.

She told him to stop, and he didn't, so she shot him.

In court, she was urged to state that she was sorry, and wished she had not killed the man. She said, "If I had to do it over again, I'd shoot that bastard again."

She was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

A lamentable miscarriage of justice. Hope she is doing ok.

The rapist didn’t stop! This means that if the mother didn’t shoot the rapist, he would have gone on raping her daughter. So why should she be sorry she did it? That judge must either be stupid or depraved.
