What tactical doctrines are you saying the framers would not approve of?

Boot-on-neck arrests for traffic offenses, everybody on their bellies crawling to The Man as Principle No. 1 of L.E.; police coming onto people's property and tricking them into letting officers who have no warrants search dwellings and cuff everyone and put boot on neck.

That tactical stuff goes nowhere with me. If they're citizens of the United States, they'd better have done some pretty damned serious "resisting arrest" and not just having some bench warrant out over an old forgotten traffic fine -- which may be for a ticket the driver never even saw.

This is America. But some people seem not to believe that.
