Why aren’t the people bringing in some heavy equipment? Is it that they can’t afford it or they’re afraid of the big bad gubmint? I say bring in the dozers and get this ‘Battle of Athens’ on the road!

The leftist aka progressive tree huggers are claiming power equipment cannot be used. Some wilderness law prevents modern equipment. They have to use tools around before some 1860 or later date.

I’m with you.

Tombstone oughta go in there with a f’n D-12 Caterpillar ‘dozer and a 10 cu. yd. excavator and be prepared to give the “Rachel Corrie” to any stupid Federal moron that tries to get in the way.

The needs of the many outweigh the grievances of the one.

Then they should rename the line in honor of the departed; mostly as a deterrent to future Federal harassment.

They're trying to obey the law and not give the Feds an excuse to completely deny them their water. I guess Tombstone has joined the 21st Century. However, we still have a lot of people around, including our Sheriff, who are this close to crossing the line.

Hopefully, the Jarbridge Road approach will work and we can make Judge Zapata eat his words.
