I have an opinion on how the exit polls were so inaccurate.
I suspect many voters feared saying they voted for Walker
with Union Thugs nearby. So they told the pollers something
else out of fear.
How else can one explain the 50/50 exit polls that CNN was
quoting?
If you watch the map though, it is only about 11 percent 55/44, with 75 percent reporting, hope it doesn’t fall much more.
It has been theorized that liberals make more of an effort to be questioned by the people doing the exit polling than conservatives do...at least I have read that previously.
Here is another theory. CNN was lying.
DNCNN, like ABDNC, NBDNC and DNCBS, were lying right up to the last possible minute an an attempt to urge more democrat voters to the polls.
They are twisting into contortions and won't be able to sleep tonight thinking of what is going to happen to the Celebrity-In-Chief they created out of a shallow personality of a community organizer.
They are all wishing they had stuck with Hillary in '08 and probably wonder, now, how they can make a graceful switch back.
I just saw Erin Burnett on CNN. That girl has her panties in a twist over the exit polls being 50/50, while the actual election results show a clear victory for Walker. She is so puzzled as to how this can be!!
The guy on CNN with her said that exit polls are not scientifically selected samples, that people volunteer for them. And that perhaps more Dems. were eager to do an exit poll than Republican voters.
I’ve heard Democrat complaints about exit polls in other elections too. They have in some cases claimed that there is vote fraud by Republicans, because the actual vote counts diverge from exit polls.

Exit polling is in direct conflict with the secret ballot. Exit polling should be illegal, and in more than a few jurisdictions it is. The “scientifically selected precincts” chosen for exit polling are simply a subset of the jurisdictions which allow exit polling.
