I love the sentiment but I’m sorry, I worked until a month ago in the grocery industry in the Quad Cities. This is an ENORMOUS welfare state. Every 4th person is on the government dole. I saw it every day and after 4 years couldn’t take it anymore. There is NO WAY that anything will change with SO MANY relying on the government of IL to take care of them.

The only thing that might work is a total economic collapse in the state whereby a major transformation happens. But the cesspool that is Chicago has been ruling the roost since the days of Capone.

Look what has to happen. You have to get rid of every Dem scum like Madigan, Durbin, Emmanuel, Quinn,,,, the list goes on.

I dunno, just seems like a hopeless proposition. I think it’s gonna get way worse before it ever gets better and I have 3 young sons to think about.

I’m out of here. Sometimes this summer. The dust of this hellhole will be on my heels.

Brady won the red (99 counties), Quinn the blue (3 counties).

I do know that all down staters are basically beat and know that there’s nothing they can do to overcome Chicago. It’s really unfortunate.

That's how all we folks living outside the I-495 belt in Massachusetts feel about Boston!

"Here's a hint from Charlie Sykes about the potentially massive GOP turnout: Charles Sykes ‏@SykesCharlie De Pere, WI @ 10:15 for the primary (no wait at all) I was 114 @ 10:30 today (after a 40 minute wait) I was 1645

That could be massive turnout OR 1000 union votes cast before the polls opened.

Yep and it happens every election. I do my duty and go vote in every election knowing it will do no good. But still, I do. In my area Dems run unopposed for a lot of offices. No shit! It’s ridiculous.

But if you take a look at the county by county map after nearly every election you see that most of the state is red save Chicago and burbs and E. St. Louis.

Notice anything in common with those two areas????

If Walker loses all it will ultimately represent is that Dems are experts at cheating.

The liberal machine is a disgusting evil.

#283 in my ward. We have 6 wards, city of under 10K. I was there at 12:10. Not too busy when I got there. But, the ladies told me they had been so busy, they had not voted yet.

Well, could be, but those voter numbers are sequential and start with #1 in line. DePere is GOP country to boot, so union fraud would be tough to pull off there.

I'm no expert on WI politics but lots of reading and interpolation of data have me feeling confident that Walker wins, and wins easily - I think a 53/46 margin is not unlikely.
