A slight bit of fact checking would have allowed you to learn that even if Zimmerman called Martin what the law considers “fighting Words”, that when Martin began attempting to kill Zimmerman, Zimmerman still had the right to defend his own life. When Martin jumped onto a prone Zimmerman and began banging Zimmerman’s head into the concrete, Martin removed any possible retreat.
By commencing a potentially lethal attack while simultaneously removing any possible retreat, Martin signed his own death warrant.

NY State has been a place with issues regarding the individual and the Constitution ever since the Revolutionary War, when many did not support the Revolutionary War.

I raised this point because your home community is steeped in anti-2nd Amendment belief, and the Zimmerman case is the lead case in the Democrapic/commie crowd attempt to intimidate citizens from exercising their Natural Law Right to self defense. May I suggest reading the Heller case and Kopel’s article on it.
When the “most influential court in the world” defines self defense to be a Natural Law Right, perhaps your fellow Big Sh*tty chappies should consider revising both your premises and the NY gun laws. You completely misunderstand the American criminal justice system. In the US of A the accussed are not required to “prove” their innocence. Instead the prosecution must prove their guilt. The burden of proof is entirely on the prosecution. (This is most often mistated as “innocent until proven guilty.”
To demand that Zimmerman or FR posters “prove” that George is innocent is as specious of an position as one could make. Why am I not surprised that you would take this position?
Do you know how many people die in fist fights or because of getting their head banged on a hard object the wrong way.
