I don't put any faith in any document purported to have come from Kenya. I have little doubt that for money you can obtain a document from that place (possibly even from the correct governmental officials themselves) that will say anything you want it to say.

You're missing the point, perhaps intentionally. Someone purposely forged a fake document on Obama's behalf who was not part of the HI DOH. This means it can't be ruled out that his COLB jpg and LFBC PDF were forged outside of the HI DOH. Besides, if the HI DOH was "forging" birth certificates, wouldn't they come up with something that looks genuine, including the required raised seal??

I am not intentionally missing the point. If i'm missing the point, it's because I don't understand it.

I have no knowledge of this. I do not know if his documents were forged outside of HI DOH.

This means it can't be ruled out that his COLB jpg and LFBC PDF were forged outside of the HI DOH.

I have heard speculation that his initial COLB jpg was faked up by parties unknown before he released the copy he purportedly got from Hawaii. I do not know with certainty who forged his LFBC PDF, but I lean strongly towards believing that it was Hawaii DOH. They have the means, the motive and the Authority to do so, so I suspect them first.

It does look genuine, but only to a casual inspection. They make replacement birth certificates every day. The documents they produced are only supposed to be good enough to fool a child that has one, not the combined efforts of thousands of knowledgeable and interested parties. Replacement birth certificates are NEVER expected to pass the kind of scrutiny this one has been through.

Again, Obviously the Lord of the Chicago underworld can hire GOOD forgers. That we see such mistakes demonstrate that this is NOT the work of a good forger. It looks just about right for the work of a government bureaucrat.
