I tried to post publicly the "official" reason last night and it never posted. I guess the Mod/Poster doing all of this doesn't want folks to know what happened and hopes people who were there forget. You may never get to find out what it was about.

Ah! I see it's a brand new day. Perhaps a new Mod crew is on today.
Here is the "official" reason...now that my replies are no longer under "review".

"Endless personal attacks; name-calling; dragging personal attacks from thread to thread; posting about others without pinging them has earned you some time off."

It seems I offended BlackElk the other night on the eligibility thread we were on and the abuse button was hit. That thread is gone now so I can't ping you to it. The last I saw of it TigersEye had posted the whole of Vattel's "The Law of Nations" to it.

Yet BlackElk repeatedly posted about me without pinging me and seems to have suffered no punishment whatsoever over the last few days.
