I wonder if the person and computer that Arpaio mentioned he knew had the “bc” before it was emailed to the WH are connected with the DoH.

All this states is that Hawaii verified garbage located in their files that originated from dubious sources.

And Onaka may not have been the guy who used his signature stamp printed on that weasel worded document.
