1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sause
1/4 cup lime juice, fresh or concentrate.
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 green onions cut up to fit in blender
5 cloves of garlic peeled and pressed
3 tablespoons brown sugar or dark brown sugar
Blend on high until the onions and garlic emulsify into liquid.
Marinate cut up chicken breasts or skirt steak or both for 3 hours in plastic bag.
Grill on high until bark brown.
if that separates, lecithin will keep it as an emulsion
