Even if he is withdrawn as candidate, it doesn’t end there. Every bill that he signed into law has to be declared null and void. Every expenditure that he’s signed off on must be re-validated. It also would mean Obamacare does not technically exist, because if he signed it into law while he was illegitmately holding power at the time (hence, de-factor and retroactively was not president), then the law is both de-facto and de-jure non-existent (null and void).
