The law is different now than it was in the early 1960s.
I prefer the theory where his grandfather Dunham impregnated one of Barrack Sr's sisters. Under East African polygamist tradition that'd make Barrack Sr. the child's father since he was the eldest son in the family.
That would eliminate the rather arduous plane trip for Stanley Ann from Hawaii to Kenya.
Whoa, where’d you pull that from? Wouldn’t that be a hoot!
huh?
You are telling me if an unmarried woman in kenya has a baby...HER BROTHER ASSUMES FATHERHOOD? that is strange. Does he take the baby away from her?
Traditionally, in Kenya it was done at a later date[5 years old]. If he was born there, it probably wasn't performed on him.
He could have it done at a later date in Hawaii though, which I doubt.
Would the airline even let her board the plane if she was so pregnant, what with all kinds of litigious possibilities, like giving birth on a plane and stewards had to deliver the baby and something went wrong.
If it was my airline, and Stanley Ann was very pregnant and could possibly go into labor during the flight, I would turn her back. No “airplane baby birthing” on my watch.
