Donna Summer was a Christian, a Conservative and all around nice person to the people who actually knew her.
If you were into Disco, which admittedly many were not, she was a Disco Queen. Very strong voice, very easy to listen to, and easy to dance to. She, like Whitney Houston learned to sing in their churches.
She was 63 and died of lung cancer.
I think she performed last July and had cancer then. Very few knew she had cancer, even her close friends. Sad....
