Personally I think our situation is far more serious now, than at any time in history, and that includes the CW I. That was primarily a states rights conflict. We now have a deviant, evil, perhaps even non-U.S. citizen as president of our country, who is a committed socialist-marxist commie pig of the highest degree. He is committed to taking the U.S. down his pathway to socialist-marxist-communist Hell, because that is the essence of his globalist/new world order ideology & agenda.

We survived from 2008 to now, largely because we won the House back in Nov 2010 (even though droopy eyes crybaby Boehner has squandered and lost any momentum or surge from that) and 0dumb0 could not fully release his evil for this country because he NEEDS that 2nd term victory in Nov 2012. Assuming he wins the 2012 election, he will be an evil despot on steroids or cocaine, as there will be nothing to restain him or his evil socialist-marxist-commie pig agenda.

I would rather try to influence Romney to change his socalist tendencies, rather than trying to influence or change a commie pig like 0dumb0 who would have no incentive whatsover to modify or change his evil agenda.

If Romney gets the nomination and somehow wins, which is very doubtful, it will be attributed to the fact that he is a liberal Republican and a would-be socialist. That means the GOP and Romney will ignore people like you and me even more.

Unfortunately, the GOP is counting on people like you who are gullible enough to believe you can influence him.

You'll support him now with this misguided hope that you can influence him, and then in 2016, assuming Romney loses, the GOP will run somebody just as liberal, or more liberal than Romney. In 2016, you'll go along with it, again with the misguided belief that you can influence him (or her).

The pattern will repeat in 2020, and at some point in all of this, the GOP is going to lose Texas - too many damned liberals have moved into this state, the Hispanic population is growing rapidly, and the Democrats nearly have the Hispanics in their pocket.

You know what the GOP will do when they lose Texas? Move even further left. The GOP has been steadily moving farther and farther left, and they will do as long as people like you mistakenly believe you can influence RINOs.
