Yep, that's how I'm reading those posts. I'm so sick and tired of the propaganda being pushed on Americans that we don't have skilled people here...on all levels. It's a myth, and which this administration is using as barter in order to promote International Deals.....part of which the other countries require within those deals exactly what we see China doing in this situation.
Further the monies generated do not stay in this country as they profess....Billions are sent overseas...at a loss to our citizens who could be doing these jobs and funneling revenue thru our country.
