Ex-Marine’s ‘Best Buy-cott’ gathers steam over radical Muslim ties

In April the Minnesota branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations announced that retail giant Best Buy had become a “Platinum Sponsor” for its fifth anniversary banquet. And former U.S. Marine James Canning decided to do something about it.

In a YouTube video, the Iraq and Beirut veteran demonstrated his frustration with “one of his favorite stores” by cutting his Best Buy “Reward Zone” card in half.

“Because of this support Best Buy has been giving the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR, I can no longer conduct business with Best Buy.”

I'm glad I came across this today. This helped me decide where to buy my mom her mother's day lap top.

Very disappointing on Best Buy’s part.

I observe though, that if we enforced all the necessary boycotts,, we’d all be wearing burlap, eating grass clippings, and no surfing the Interwebs.

One at a time with effort, may get the attention of others.

If Best Buy supports the filthy muslims, I will not support Best Buy. However, Best Buy is doing a great job putting itself out of business. Most people use it as a showroom, then buy the item for less on Amazon.com. Best Buy’s days are numbered, but if they are muslim-lovers, I hope bankruptcy comes sooner rather than later.

Actually, if we enforced the necessary boycotts, it would be the folks at Best Buy who would be wearing burlap, eating grass clippings and not surfing the internet. The marketplace would quite efficiently adjust.

If Best Buy wants to court a herd of murderers, it’s their right. And it’s a consumer’s right to search out other vendors whose profits won’t go toward promoting murder and mayhem.

This is really a stupid decision by Best Buy.

But then Best Buy management has made a lot of stupid moves in the past and that is why Best Buy is on the verge of bankruptcy.

The blowback from their IslamoFilia should be enough to put Best Buy out of business within weeks.

Best Buy was $22.00 on May 1.

Best Buy set a new 52 week low of $19.23 this morning.

Investors are saying byebye to Best Buy.

Even without this extra incentive to boycott bestbuy I’d still never shop there again. Nothing quite like wanting to drop a grand and half and not being able to find someone to take your money.

It’s a better approach to mention to Best Buy’s creditors that it is “wasting money” while approaching bankruptcy.

As it is winding down, more and more of its inventory is showing up in discount chains like Big Lots! So the bottom line is that they appear to be diverting funds so that when they do go belly up, their creditors will be shafted.

BB fired its CEO one month ago, and the job of the new guy will be to squeeze it dry before 11.

i’ve been avoiding best buy for about a year

only put your money with those that align with you and the things in your life you agree with.

at the very least, do not put your money with those that are opposed to you and your way of life.

since i’m a white, male, heterosexual, Christian, entrepreneur ... i must avoid all hollywood media and any advertisers that support them

Too bad these corp. idiots are so blind as to not see how their decision here will hurt the average employee of the company!

I agree with the boycott. The title is wrong. He's a former Marine. John Murtha was an Ex-Marine. Only disgraced Marines are Ex-Marines.

I have memberships in Sam’s and BJ’s. Dropped my Costco when I saw the amount they contributed to the DNC.
