These were military age males, it was 1965 and Mitt was born in 1947.

This would have been considered a real attack in 1965.

As for Mitt being 18. He was born March 12, 1947, which means he spent most of his senior year as a minor and thus the odds of his confrontation with Lauber most likely happened as a minor and NOT eligible for the military.

And if this "attack" so heinous, then why no charges? Where is the school administrators? Where is the arrestting officer? Where is the outrage from his family? Even his own sister didn't know about this so called "outrage"

Because it was a prank worthy of school corrections, not a criminal court.

Only by the politically correct crowd with an axe to grind is this (albeit cruel) act elevated into a federal case(hate crime)

Of course the only reason this is even newsworthy is because it is being used as an battering ram against the presumed Republican party nominee and a distraction from Obama's dismay leadership of the economy.
