The Wisconsin Constitution makes specific provision for recall petitions. Whether this is a lousy idea or not, it’s clearly constitutional.

It cannot possibly fit equal protection under the law for 10% of the people to overturn an election in which far more than that voted.

It should take the petition to have an election on the recall question. And then there should be an election if the electorate determines to recall the governor.
