Heterosexual marriage, as an anthropological institution for the propagation and rearing of succeeding generations, existed long before these United States ever came to be. It will continue to exist, in one form or another, long after these United States cease to exist. The reason for that is heterosexual marriage serves an anthropological purpose that transcends ephemeral governments, namely, the continuation of the very society itself. As I know you'll agree, that function is something these 'gay marriages' simply cannot achieve. Now, Sheep...what was that anthropological purpose you said these 'gay marriages' had, again?
