Other than the charge of possesion of a firearm by convicted felon this case appears to be a lot of BS. Is the sheriff coming up for election this fall? Seriously, central Florida Freepers input is needed. These people may have repellent views but it appears they were well within simply exercising Bill of Rights liberties.

That’s my view. Indeed, given the way the reet of this looks like an illicit, trumped-up persecution, I’d also have my doubts about the gun charge.
