Wow! I just took a look at this South Africa Constitution. According to an "Explanatory Memorandum" at a South African government website:
This Constitution therefore represents the collective wisdom of the South African people and has been arrived at by general agreement.
... so not so different from the one in Nazi Germany.

The pdf of this turd that I found runs 107 pages. I found this amusing:

The state may not unfairly discriminate directly or indirectly against anyone on one or more grounds, including race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language and birth.
But as long as they do these things "fairly" I guess it's okay.

Peabrain Ginsburg must have missed this opening line:

The Republic of South Africa is one, sovereign, democratic state
The United States is NOT one sovereign state no matter how much she might wish it. We are 50 now, and we each have our own constitutions. At least until Lincoln, the federal government had no say about things like marriage and religion. But the Ginsburgs will decide fairness for all about everything now.

Her statements to Egyptian television regarding her revulsion at the Constitution of the United States demonstrates her unfitness to sit her skinny ass on the bench of the SCOTUS. In fact, in all fairness, she deserves to be deported to South Africa where the majority have expressed a desire to return to minority white rule.

There she would be welcomed as a true repressent of the South African people who are about as repressed as you can get in a once profitable nation now ruled by communists.
