A lovely sunny warm day today but the family is at the beach in a teeny tiny car that gets a lot better gas mileage than my Jeep. Besides I did have several calls to the mainland ( just got off a few minutes ago) which are therapeutic, especially after yesterday afternoon's mind boggling event. It involves political persuasions....so I won't going into it here.

Usually the plovers and sand pipers are over here fattening up in the bay before the long flight home. Maybe I can show them your post to give them a heads up on the weather there. It could convince them to stay a couple extra days.

Glad you got some therapeutic time. It is really needed these days.
