Well duh. Who are you going to lay off? The seasoned vets or the temps. Who are you going to hire, people with a resume or people just entering the workforce? Yeah, I’m a boomer and doing well in the last two years. Working long hours and carrying twenty somethings along the way to do it. If I were unemployed right now, my age would be a minus in being hired to a good job. I suppose someone got paid government money to come to this conclusion
