The funny thing is “I can’t believe” I actually remembered the line about “a pack of lies”.
I’ve only been studying LDS for three years and I guess I’m able ge recall quite of what I’ve learned, sadly.
I’m just not buying the whinney duplicitous schtick anymore.
I did for 20 years but all it took was for one of them to use a sales technique I despise.
They 1st proclaimed get were the one true religion and then asked “You know that’s true, don’t you?”
That evening I opened the BOM and was finally curious about a”The Pearl of Great Price”.
It was then and there I discovered we were talking about completely different religions.
All it took was that statement and seeing their version of on of the great parables and the evidence was shown under the bright light of day.
