I like your thinking!

I just don’t think it would fly.

I raise cain about the courts when they make stupid rulings, but I expect the Executive (state or fed) to obey them.

If the USSC strikes down Obamacare, I damn well expect him to obey the ruling. Bush didn’t like the ruling on military tribunals, but he worked with the Congress to get something acceptable to the court...it took 6 years.

The MA legislature had the opportunity to prevent gay marriage, but as I understand it, the libs that opposed civil unions and the conservative that opposed any compromise on gay unions blocked any chance at compromise.

I wouldn’t live in MA for any amount of money. That’s why I never liked Romney, anyone that would want to be governor of that messed up state was too liberal for me.

Unfortunately, its him or Obama.

He could just throw his hands in the air and go back home too. It's not too late.

The criticism is going to be intense, and that's going to happen before and after the election.

If he loses he will be blamed for everything ~ and if he wins he will be blamed for everything anyway.

Frankly, I don't think he can take it.
