90%?
Seriously.
Look at the threads HERE. 60% tops. And I predict another 10% fall off once he actually IS the nominee and doesn’t have to worry about the convention.
You think he was leaning left before,.. just wait. He will run to the LEFT of Obama. He ran to the LEFT of Teddy Kennedy for Pete’s sake.
I will be back in a little over an hour.
Perhaps then we can debate the SUBSTANCE and not just the THEORY in this discussion.
For those who are serious about the debate, listen. To those who won’t, well, that is the reason we are in this sorry state.
So using your current number, 60% here are going to vote for Romney on a political website that, until yesterday, was officially anti-Romney. Further, this place had been attracting a disproportionately high number of people who oppose voting for Romney, and even then it wasn't the majority opinion. And I'd dispute your 60% number anyway. Even here on FR it was obviously an overwhelming majority that were always going to vote for the GOP nominee even if it were Romney, they just felt they couldn't say so for a long time and therefore the great majority wasn't properly represented in the threads. And on most conservative websites, the fringe "won't vote for Romney" view you advocate is generally laughed at or scorned. Very few people take that seriously.
So I thought you were so concerned about division? You know, a house divided and all. Wasn't that one of the reasons you gave for not voting for Mitt? Yet, virtually all of our conservative leadership is supporting voting for Romney. Rush, Levin, Hannity, Bachmann, Palin, Perry, Newt, Cain, Bolton, all will be voting for Romney. The overwhelmingly vast majority of conservatives are going to vote for Romney as the GOP nominee. Yet you seem to be trying to divide us? Why is that?
