Al Sharpton is a media creation (as Obama is), whose only power is derived from whatever value people attribute to him. I miss the days when Giuliani was mayor of NYC, and Sharpton was thoroughly ignored; I saw him leading a demonstration on some kind of local access channel, and no kidding there were five or six people with him - with about twice as many newspeople circling around.

I’ve never watched Fox since I saw him on O’Reilly or Hannity and he was being addressed as “reverend”; Fox had officially joined “the game”.

You are so right about Fox News. For the hosts O’Reilly and Hannity to constantly shove this POS in front of their cameras is patently stupid!

There are programs I like on Fox: Cavuto, The Five. The Sheppard Smith slot is hosted by a smarmy little agenda type who appears to be disappearing before our very eyes. Wonder if its AIDs?
