Only the left can get away with this. What is the government business on your sexuality unless, they plan to divide us more by giving preferred contracts to yet another minority over a qualified vendor.

Since companies that bill themselves as fruit baskets will be awarded contracts, I look for the percentage of apparent gays in California to skyrocket to 69% or so, “on paper”.
The fly in the ointment might be that Kalifornia tends not to actually PAY its vendors...
So what do they do if you claim you’re gay? How do they check this? Let’s say I’m married and have 3 kids, but I claim I’m gay. What do they do? Question my wife? Demand I turn over the names of my same-sex sexual partners? How is this going to work?
I’m not a heterosexual guy. I’m simply a lesbian woman trapped in a man’s body.

How soon until gays start demanding free college, reperations, etc,etc.
Can’t ask that question about potential military recruits. You mean there’s a double-standard? Where’s all that fairness now?
Pretty soon, we’ll be filling in the bubbles on state testing for first graders on whether they are gay or not......if we don’t already!
So, what is the highest priority of those running the legislature?

I escaped in 1976.... I only return to visit my family members still trapped behind the Lavender Tofu Curtain.
They could dispense with all this fine-structure discrimination if they just had the guts to do what they really want to do: “Straight white males need not apply.”
I don't know how a "business' can "identify itself" as any of those.
Anybody notice something missing from that list?
Can a business "identify" as heterosexual?
Assembly Bill 1960, would enable the owners of businesses that contract with the state to identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.
