BEIJING (AP) -- Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton cautioned China to protect human rights Thursday, in remarks that rejected Beijing's criticism of the U.S. for getting involved in the case of a blind dissident whose fate overshadowed the opening of annual talks between the powerful countries.
Clinton said at the opening of the talks on foreign policy and economic issues that the U.S. believes "all governments have to answer our citizens' aspirations for dignity and the rule of law and that no nation can or should deny those rights."

So she hangs Chen out to dry and THEN comes up with a hollow statement like that? Really, like no one is looking?

Hillary is only over there to collect the family’s regular paycheck (or Bubba Foundation donation). Wonder if she wils have a reunion dinner with all those officals and bundlers who had to leave the U.S. quickly for China (upon being indicted)

Excuse me Horridus, but we are stuck with a marxist in the WH that ignores the rule of law every chance he gets.
She really needs to shut her mouth until she starts living the words that come from it. She can start by ceasing her defense of the liar in the WH. As for dignity, she has none so she is the last person who should talk about it.
I had a feeling when the story broke that Hillary and the Food Stamp President would have to find a way to get rid of the guy. But the guy was blind and couldn’t see it coming ... he actually trusted this administration!
