I printed out the picture and measured the know height of the girl at 5'7". Using that scale I applied to the male subject who is reported to be 6'1".

Your photo analysis shows a woman known to be 5'7" with a man who is no more than 5'10". The man is not Obama-Soetero who is 6'1".
In addition to the over-large head, we see it extends to cover where a normal man's neck would be--perhaps concealing a "typically white" neck"--
--to go with the hand holding the cup.
