A key part of your recommendation is the re-election of Obama, this is part of what you are advocating and promoting. I think this is very close to: Keeping the Obama regime in power is a good idea.
We have no good options at this point. Only bad ones. I'm pointing out the least bad one from my perspective. One shouldn't interpret "least bad" to equal "good".
Your alternate strategy is: "Close your eyes and vote for Romney." In my opinion, we will do much better to face facts and act strategically rather than succumb to the "sky is falling!" hysteria. The Republican Party has done such a piss poor job of advancing the conservative agenda over the past 12 years that we owe them no allegiance. They are part of the problem.

Your “strategy” (actually a tactic but trying to explain the difference to you would be like explaining opera to a great dane) results in an obama re-election.
Elections have consequences. We have had 3-1/2 years of the results of the “politically pure.” Do not dodge. Wear your “re-elect obama” hat proudly. Don’t be mealy mouthed. Announce your desire for another 4 years of the worst and most anti-liberty, anti-American president ever.
Be a man and stand behind your stance.
