That man's intellectual firepower combined with his zest for public service should have qualified him for driving the Zamboni at some community ice rink in Delaware. Later, they could have promoted him to the town snowplough. The thought that Obi Won Nairobi picked him for his "foreign relations expertise" is equal parts farcical and terrifying. Any gap-year kid with a Lonely Planet book in her backpack and 20 stamps in her passport has more foreign expertise. Let's face facts, Biden is VP mostly because of the "fat girl friend" phenomenon (he's there to make Obama look good by comparison), and by extension as assassination insurance.
