It definately is his website, but when he asks for contributions, then we do have a right to express our opinion.This site is funded by contributors.Alienate them, you have no money.Which is fine if you want this to be a second rate site.
This website is not what it used to be. You are one of the reasons. It is gotten so bad here, people are not afraid of getting the zot anymore when expressing their opinion. The reason we are not afraid is that there are other options. I just lurk mainly now.
This whole notion of No Romney, No Obama means absolutely no sense. Who do you recommend we vote for?

Do people funding the website have the right to say what they want? If not, then why send money. That is part of the issue.

And it’s patently obvious that if you run a ‘freepathon’, then the site needs cash.
Therefore, the donors are the true owners.
Not understanding that will eventually just leave the site with insufficient funds to operate, leading to a shutdown.
