Everyone supported TARP. And he backed state health care, which is how the Constitution allows it. Using the 10th Ammendment isnt bypassing the Constitution. I still dont like it, and wouldnt want it here in texas, but to pretend that he abused the Constitution shows a real lack knowledge of what the Constitution says.
But as to Socialism, that is the government controlling the production in the economy. Basically, government run corporations. Regulations are anti-free market, but not necessarily socialist. Just screaming socialist at everything is a pretty weak argument.

He did it to try to save the business. We also had, on occasion, to do things that are tough to try and save a business."
So Obama had tough decisions to make? Obama will be running against himself.
