I guess I’ll need to reread the response to them.
My own point about those posts would be
HEALTHY ORGANIZATIONS HANDLE SUCH FEEDBACK GRACIOUSLY AND CONSTRUCTIVELY. They take whatever %% of truth out of them and grow from the input.
Unhealthy organizations shoot the messenger.
That’s just a fact that any Organizational Development PhD would tell you is true of all types of organizations.
