It is obvious to anyone with an ounce of observation to get the picture that the fiat money is given to government employees for them to spend on the private. However many end up hoarding and the banks are accused of hoarding. The money spent in air after a cycle of spending goes back into banks, overflowing them with useless cash. Suckers.
