But in this situation, the TSA also had fault as how the F can you still hassle a visibly sick kid? They’re visibly white, a mother and kid, why not waive them in? The crowd will understand.

Moving them to the front of the line, no problem. You will never hear a complaint from me about someone needing special assistance, getting moved forward in line. Depending upon the line at Security, I've witnessed this on a few occassions.

However, everyone must go through security.

If this girl was wearing a Bhurka, would you have Security just "wave her through"? You have to have one set of rules that apply equally, to everyone.

Again, checking a wheelchair, walker and crutches is something the TSA does hundreds of times, every single day. You don't have to stand in line at Security very long to witness this yourself.
