He's not lying, but this pamphlet just states the machinery of the electoral college. Trust me, the wild and woolly politics that swirled around the machinery was fascinating. It was rough and it was tough. They were giants, even when they sinned, they did it on a grand scale. Imagine Joe Biden gunning down Hank Paulsen on the shores of the Hudson. I recommend these two authors, you will not be disappointed.
