Ther’s no indication based on Romney’s previous court appointments that Romney’s liberals on the Supreme Court would in fact vote anymore Conservative than obama’s socialist.

>>>Obama thanks you .... any vote that isn’t for Mitt (like it or not), is a vote for Obama

Shove that straight up your wazoo.

Voting for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil. You’re free to chose to do that. I refuse to do that.

Good for you. Both eyes open, it’s got to stop.

The parties are quite melled now, and without rebellion there is no end.
Romney has proven his own Marxist leanings, affection for perversions and willingness to institutionalize them in exchange for power, and is likely to get more through as a Republican than Obama ever could.

As a Christian, I am all in for voting with an informed conscience and trust in God for the rest.

Any vote for Romney is simply cast out of fear of Obama, and it places trust in Romney who will change nothing. Fear is no way to rodeo.

There is a God. Perhaps He has turned us over to ourselves. In any case we have lost any and all semblance of conservatism and of being a broadly Christian nation, the very foundations of a once great nation and those who represented them are finished.

I let the answers to the “questions” blank with a note that I am no longer a RINO party member.

If they get enough of those then hopefully they’ll wake up.

For anyone who doesn’t believe that Mitt is winning this election with dirty, alinsky style lies, check out this robocall from the Rockland County (NY) Republican Chairman where he tells voters that all of the other republican candidates have dropped out of the race, but they should go out and vote for Romney to show the democrats that republicans are united:

The GOP is too stupid to realize the Lib's are playing for Keeps and we aren't bluffing in pulling our support from their incompetent party.

Yep, and we'd rather see obama elected again, rather trying to slow down the rate of decay, while we try to find a solution, right?

All these years of GOP incompetence, and no viable 3rd party has emerged and Conservatives haven't gained complete control. Never mind the Conservative gains in 2010, they are inconsequential at this point! Time to throw the baby out with the bath water. That'll show 'em!

Hannity lives in New York which has a state registered Conservative Party of New York. You might live in a state with one of the small parties like the American Conservative Party or the Conservative Party USA has a toe hold but the NY party is a fifty year old local state party with a lot of history. Sometimes they have the same Governor candidate as the Republicans and sometimes they don’t. The other party sites are below.

What I fear is that if Obama gets another 4 years we won’t have to worry about a “conservative movement”. This country is headed for “Greek” status and many here would stand back and let it happen. We are headed for the down-right destruction of our country.

I’m not going to stand back and let that happen. You go ahead.

I’m close to leaving myself. But the closed primary situation and two good senators and a decent governor in my state is what keeps me around. However, there isn’t much to vote for here in the state of Kansas that isn’t general election. The primaries are really for local races mostly. I guess you have to be a member of the GOP to vote in them anyways. But the senate race is generally always going for the republican. Sometimes they get heated in the primary but not often.

In my area the House is a messy situation like the presidential race. So it is always down to a rino or Democrat. I guess we did the best we could up here in Overland Park in 2010. But my candidate lost the primary for the house. It was the western half of the state that pulled the guy I wanted for Senate to victory and he is one of five people in the tea party caucus run By Jim DeMint.

Look I want to leave the GOP but I am not sure to what or to whom and I want to vote in primaries for now the help tea party candidates. But as things go downhill more I will leave. It is really a wait and see for me as to what happens. I want to leave, but I can’t. Keep hearing stories of unaffiliated people not being allowed to vote in the GOP primary. But that is the catch for me. The primary will be meaningless when conservatives start another party or just join something else. But then they would have to start running for congress and local elections.

If you like the status quo, then have a merry tantrum. Seems pretty short-sighted and stupid to me, you know like when the Blacks rioted and set fires in Compton. Burn down your house, then whine about the injustices of life.

Vote for Sponge Bob - it’s your vote ...

Just never, ever whine about how Obama ruined your job, retirement, medical insurance, welfare check, food stamps, etc. Because, you did everything you could to use your civic duty to put him in for a second term. Just not like opting to not vote - you forfeit your right to complain about the outcome.

Tired of hearing people like you try to guilt us into voting for Romney.

There are other ways to participate in the electoral process. The presidency is only one. I plan to help elect conservative congressional candidates. That’s my contribution in lieu of casting a ballot for a phony, lying, back stabbing, flip flopping, unscrupulous liberal from Massachusetts who founded Romneycare.

You can hold your nose and vote any way you like.
When I vote, I stand before God and my country...and I will no longer compromise my principles and allow the GOP-E to take away my freedom to make my own choice.

Makes me wonder how nose holders will feel after Nov. 4. I would guess that most conservatives who cast their ballot for Mittens will feel simply awful afterwards.
At least I will be able to hold my head high and know that I stood up for my American values. And I won’t feel the slightest bit guilty, unless Obama wins by one vote.

Trying to force others to come around to your way of thinking and acting is about control..and it won’t work with me.

Note: This guilt-placing-on-Conservatives tactic is not working! We just presume you are Romney operatives, paid or unpaid.

This thread is full of assholes who demand you vote the way they tell you to vote, or else!

As if either winner will be different from the other. The funniest scare tactic is the claim about supreme court nominees. Neither will nominate anything other than a justice who will finally tip the court into full blown anti American marxism.

All this chatter is moot. This country will never return to prosperity without another civil war, but there are not enough patriots ready, willing and able to actually stand up and do what's right.

It's obvious at this point to anyone who simply examines the situation. It doesn't take a genius.

Voting for Conservative Congressmen is great. Supporting them in your area is admirable.

But, you have forfeited, by virtue of a temper-tantrum, a vote for 1 of 3 divisions of power in the goverment. You don’t get to vote on the Supremes; you only get to vote on the Legislative and Executive branches.

So, you have forfeited a vote on the 50% of the branches of Goverment that you have direct influence on. And, once again ... Obama thanks you.

Remember how close it was with GW Bush and Algore? Just a few thousand votes split them apart, and you are throwing your lot in with the Dems - because you didn’t get your way. Real mature, that’s real good planning ain’t it?

And you call me out for playing the ‘Guilt’ card? I want anyone BUT Obama in the office. Is Romney perfect? Nope, neither was McCain - but both are preferential to what we have now.

No point arguing...I have come to believe that FR has been infiltrated by mischief makers from the left.

The vast majority of conservatives (and we come in all hues) have moved on and will support the most conservative of the 2 choices - the Republican Romney.

I bet if you check the create date on a lot of these so-called conservative, independent, what-have-you freepers, you’ll find that they have joined recently only to stir up the pot.

Sadly, this will continue till the fall, unless Jim puts an end to this...

He only got to where he is because of Daddy's money.

Well, it certainly didn't hurt. But, I think he's shown himself to be at least competent, unlike the current president. Many men have done much less with much more.

That's not the same as being conservative, though.

I don't have an answer. If there were a conservative third party candidate with enough money and credibility to seriously challenge, I'd certainly go for that, but we don't seem to have anyone like that out there.

So, I will probably go ahead and vote against Obama, once again suckered in by the GOP. I don't see any other choice.

Once he's the candidate, Katie bar the door. He'll get trashed so fast that his head will spin.

I use the term to mean those persons who run the GOP’s finances and operations and consider only themselves to be the capable and smarter ones to lead the Republican party and the nation: the elites, the Ivy Leaguers, like the Bushes, primarily Yankees and carpetbaggers.

It’s going to be a long seven months with nothing to talk about except not voting ...

I get being disappointed with Romney. I was a Perry supporter myself and think he would have been a much stronger conservative candidate. But the thing is, Romney got the most votes in the GOP primaries. If a conservative had gotten more votes, we’d have a conservative nominee, it’s as simple as that. Dropping out isn’t going to prove anything.

It is what it is. If Romney loses, you, me and everyone else needs to work like hell to get a conservative nominated for 2016. If Romney wins, you, me and everyone else needs to hold his feet to the conservative fire the best we can...maybe we can replace a Harriet Myers with a Samuel Alito again.
